Q: Are the batteries safe?
What may make you skeptical about purchasing one since, the safety aspect of batteries isn’t really covered much on the internet or by even by many e liquid suppliers. But worry not, as we are here to help you better understand the safety tips we like transparency in deals as much as the next guy would!
When purchasing a battery, always determine if it’s the perfectly compatible for your specific device. All batteries have different limitations and capacities that will help you decide on which is the best fit.
You want to look for the mAh (milliamp/hr) and amperage limit. Depending on if you’re using an unregulated or regulated mod, these specifications have to be respected so the battery isn’t overworked which can lead to failure. Ideally, you want to always look for a good balance of mAh and Amp limit. However, don’t be fooled by the labels. Accurately the higher the mAh, the lower the Amp limit is and the lower the mAh the higher the Amp limit. Example: 3500mAh 45A would be false advertisement. 3000mAh 20-30A is more realistic.
Understanding Ohms Law will help keep your batteries safe, especially if you are using any kind of unregulated device where there is no circuitry to warn you when there is a problem. Batteries can fail one of two ways, either they can completely stop working (dead cell) or they can vent which will release sparks, gasses, and battery acid.
Storing your batteries is ultimately the most important of all. Users will sometimes make the mistake of storing them in their pockets with loose change or keys. Understanding the construction of a battery will help you tremendously in this case. Knowing that the positive point is double insolated due to the fact that it can be shorted just at that point alone. If a coin or key were to wedge itself into the positive point area, it will cause the battery to short circuit, without anything connecting to the "negative point". Always keep your batteries in a battery box, away from metal objects.
Q: Does the TrickTank work with the Mech mod?
We do not recommend using a trick tank on a mech mod. The most important factor for this reasoning is the protrusion of the 510 pin at the bottom of the tank. It is not recommended to use tanks on hybrid mech mods. If the pin were to recede and the mod was fired, it would create a dangerous short.

Q: What are the best batteries for Mech mods/Box mods?
The best batteries are the safest batteries. Ensure you are using the right size of battery for your device (Ex. 18650 or 26650). The most popular batteries on the market are rated at 20-35 Amps and anywhere from 1500 to 3000 mAh (Milliamp Hours). Be sure your battery is fully wrapped with no tear marks and follow all instructions marked in your device manual.

Q: Where can I find upgrades on firmware for Box Mods?
The VGOD PRO150W Box Mod is not firmware up-gradable but the VGOD Elite Box Mod is firmware upgrade-able.

Q: How do I know my ejuice is authentic?
Unfortunately, we do not have an E-Liquid Verification System in place just yet.

Q: What is the exchange process for products not ordered through www.officialvgod.com?
1. Register your mod on https://officialvgod.com/warranty-policy using the Serial Number and the QR Code. When you log on to the site there will be an image and detailed instructions on where to find the two codes and how to register your product.
2. If you have not already done so, send images of the damaged mod. With a detailed description on how the mod was damaged. (Did you receive the product damaged? Was the product dropped? Did you receive the product with a piece missing?)
3. Send a clear image of your proof of purchase with the date clearly shown.

How do I receive a free return shipping label?
Return Inquiries that obtain a proof of purchase which is clearly dated 90 days prior to the date of contact and the product has been registered will be given a free shipping label. Otherwise, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
I lost my receipt but my product is registered can I still exchange?
Yes, return inquiries that have been registered or the authenticity codes can be provided and verified but have no proof of purchase can still be exchanged but will not be given a free return shipping label. The cost to ship the product to our office will be the customer's responsibility.
I have my receipt but can not provide the authenticity codes or have not registered my product, can I still exchange?
Yes, return Inquiries that are missing the product's authenticity codes and cannot be registered but has a proof of purchase will be reviewed by the manager for approval of exchange, a return shipping label may or may not be given in this instance.
I do not have my receipt nor have I registered my product/have the authenticity code available to verify, can I still exchange?
No, return Inquiries without both proof of purchase and authenticity codes or have not been registered will not be honored.
Q: Why am I charged more for international shipping?
Unfortunately, any additional charges may be due to Customs. There may be restrictions based off province or area. We always recommend contacting your local Custom Agency and inquire regarding any possible restrictions before your order is placed.
If your package is unable to be delivered due to Custom issues and returned to our facility, we would only be able to provide you with a refund on the amount paid for the products. We would be unable to refund the shipping cost or Custom fees since the package was mailed.
However, in order for the refund to be processed we must receive the package beforehand. You may request the package be returned to sender to receive such a refund.
